1. The option to upload invoice for the testing charges is added in OIC Sample Cell account. The invoice uploaded will be sent to the respective BIS branch offices directly along with test reports in order to complete the payment and track the pendency of payments.
2. There is also addition of the fields for filling up the payment details in the test request generation by the manufacturers in Manakonline portal. Now the manufacturers have to make payment of the testing charges prior to the actual testing of the sample, fill in the payment details in the test request and then proceed for the sending of samples to the lab for the actual testing.
You are kindly requested to start uploading the invoices in the LIMS with the uploading of the final test reports and also start taking the testing charges from the manufacturers before the testing of samples.
