1. 10.6 (Hydrogen Embrittlement Test) Hydrogen Embrittlement Test In accordance with Clause 11 of IS 2501, the Hydrogen Embrittlement Test is required to ensure the suitability of copper for heating in a reducing atmosphere. This test is excluded from the current scope as the chemical composition (Clause 7) confirms the material grade as [Insert Grade, e.g., ETP], and the tubes are intended for applications where high-temperature hydrogen exposure is not a service condition.
